Looks great but..
When asking for waitlist, the app does not let me actually select the options presented. The app is unresponsive when attempts to select a timeframe for waitlist. This makes reserving or waitlisting not possible, thereby making the app useless.

User surly. Horrible experience both web and app version. It kept taking me in circles to verify both my email and phone . I thought I had an appt booked, I did not. It's clunky and would stall out. The only thing I got was frustrated.

Overall well made app
Most everything on the app works very well. The only thing that I would say is a flaw is that it could have a better waitlist system. Users having to pick each day that we're interested in, instead of picking a range of days that we're interested in is not convenient.

App is practically impossible to use so slow and glitchy, signing in is a nightmare. I downloaded it thinking it may be better than booking in a browser but was sorely wrong, this just sucks in general lol

Normally love this app, it’s been taking forever to load lately
This is such a great app to book all my services at. So convenient but lately it literally takes forever to load like I'm trying to book an appointment for 10+ minutes. Hope they can fix ASAP.

Love this app but...
I've used this app for years and love it but recently it no longer adds appts to my calendar. I've checked all of my settings & it's appears to be an app issue. Would love it if it were fixed and I could once again see my appts in my Apple calendar.

What a horrible website. The form to signup for a booking frequently hangs. Does not allow for passing a credit card CVV number. Had to fill the form in several times. Offers with via Apple and Facebook but not the more-popular Google.
