Completely inept
I'm moving my retirement funds from this company as soon as I can. Accounts page says I have X amount of funds available to withdraw and then it doesn't show up when you go to the withdraw screen. Absolute horse manure for customer support, only available on the phone and the wait is over an hour. F()CK U!!!

Next to useless, seems to get worse with each update. Possibly worst and most basic (little functionality) financial app out there. Just a couple of issues: Biometrics - it prompts to login to enable it but good luck finding how! Message Center: no way to send messages...no wonder, they probably disabled it so that the app users won't able to send questions about the many issues.

Why can't Vanguard show my portfolio on the home page? Why all the space used on return %s without me asking for them? As a retiree, why try to sell me an IRA? I expect some consistency with the desktop version, but see none.

Avoid!!!
Expect cash losing delays when buying and selling stocks using this app!!! You'll even deal with stock sales being forgotten. Aside from these problems it's an okay app.

Horrible company
I will never do business here again. The service and run around is awful. I was a loyal customer for ten years and will now move my business to a competitor and never look back.

This is one jacked up app. What happened? Just make a native app. Stop pushing a website into a frame. This is what happens.
