UPDATED: After dealing with customer service I'm changing my review to ZERO stars. No refund yet from the app failing. .... Pretty terrible app performance. the app would not let me end the ride. i tried to end the ride at several different places thinking it might be a location issue but it still would not end and i was never told by the app it was a location issue. After force quitting the app and re opening it didn't even know I was on a ride anymore.

Awful service
I tried to request a refund because it wouldn't allow me to end my ride for about 30 seconds and at 36 cents a minute it matters. When I tried to request it, it asked to verify my email. I verified 4 times and it wouldn't accept it. I doubt I'll see my money back. If u can walk, just walk. The Veo isn't worth it cuz when it stops working they'll just assume u won't care and keep using it. Prove em wrong.

For the most part, the bikes are very helpful and distributed evenly on my area. The support team has been fairly quick and understanding as well. However, several times recently I have encountered an issue when I start a ride. The bike moves for the first few seconds, then it power off. The app tells me I cannot park, because I am "outside the forced zone." I'm not sure what that error means, but it has forced me to walk the bike to where I found it, charging me in the meantime.

Not worth it. (read)
I've been using Veo for a bit and overall it's been below average. It is a 1/10 chance the pedal bikes will let you ride. Always broken or under maintenance and it's ridiculously how long it takes for them to get fixed. The electric ones are okay but just as frustrating to get them to work and even more so to get them to end the ride. I've had to call customer service multiple times. I'm not a Karen just real and making sure yall don't go through this horrid experience.

The app constantly crashes you cannot exit your ride without being charged $120 cuz you can't figure out where they're supposed to be parked at and it makes your phone insanely crazy I don't know what's going on with this app they need to fix it immediately

They charged me 10.72 I walked 3 blocks and it didn't work anymore a total scam, I asked for a refund and so far nothing

HOW VEO WORKS
