I do not recommend any tour with Viator. I planned to do the ayutaya tour (near bangkok thailand) on [date]. I arrived to the meeting point (stadium) at 8h and i could not find the meeting point because it was upstairs, i arrived at 8:08 and the guide did not wait for me. I called them and They did not provide me any other solution and I lost the tour. I could not do the excursion, I ask for the refund and they did not provide me anything. I am waiting for the money.

SCAM. Do not expect to receive any help from them if you ever need it. Lost more than $100 on a booking where the tour operator simply wouldn't reply, and [name] said there was nothing they could do about it.

If you want to stay in front of entrance with an invalid ticket use this app, otherwise save your nerves and money and go to a cheaper Provider with a better service

I installed this app two days ago and I am about to delete it. Tried searching for bioluminescent kayak tours near Orlando knowing there are some out near Melbourne and it gives me results way out in Puerto Rico and Costa Rica. When I change the search term to “bioluminescent Kayak tours near me“ I got zero results.

Absolute cheats, for a rooftop flying dress photoshoot in Istanbul, Viator charged me 306 USD when I went to the place (Takht Istanbul) the actual price was 175USD, every thing Viator sells is jacked with prices than actual. It's only a platform to fool with duping glorified pictures. Use local websites/call reservations for booking. Viator platform only increases cost to more than double. I fail to understand why tripadvisor is spoiling their reputation by associating with [name].

Attempt a booking
After chatting with a rep , Imputing my info and cc number numerous times, I was told to try a different cc. That produced the same result. Then it was suggested I wait 72 hours and try again. As far as holding the time of the tour we selected , they could not guarantee it. In spite of all that I tried one last time , and was successful. I hope it's smooth sailing from now on!
