do not get from here, they allow hosts that don't even contact You and never send information on how to get into property or don't answer, horrible experience in Guatemala

Very helpful and useful app-- until someone with zero sense made it so the app will not search locations if you're using a VPN. Way to be part of the problem.

Keeps refreshing & I'm unable to see a history or find homes I'm trying to view. VERY FRUSTRATUNG & time consuming. I really really like the one & was in the process of booking. No where to be found now. I removed dates thinking it popped up then refreshed due to unavailability. VRBO in general has went way down hill. After my current nightmare & being stuck paying to stay in a motel I'm considering speaking with an attorney. Customer service is not in the US & many are condescending. NEVER VRBO

Exclusively used VRBO app for 5+ years. Ever since the expansion with Expedia and hotelsdotcom I cannot login on the app. I must go to my laptop and attempt to research and book. This has been months of an issue.
