Wag App and fees
Be Careful! There is no person to talk to about customer service of the App and fees and cancellation policy are not clear. The walkers may be great, but communication with the company is not available.

I don't typically write reviews but, this app is soo glitchy it's borderline non functional. I don't know how anyone could really make money when there's so many problems. My messages don't load, the time doesn't load, it's just crazy.

Scam that charges 40$
It's really over saturated and they basically make you pay 45$ for a background check and then you have no opportunity to get clients. I checked in the app every day and there was never any availability

Rips Walkers Off
This company is awful. The walkers aren't allowed to set competitive pricing and I would never recommend this service to experienced walkers for that reason. You've got to keep your prices ultra low to contend with the less experienced walkers because Wag! places absolutely no value on legitimate pet professionals. It's really an awful untrustworthy app and service. I really can't urge people to stay away from Wag! enough

Can’t delete account
This app has never worked for me as a walker/sitter (couldn't even get the app to change my profile picture). Now I can't delete my account because I keep getting the error message “Please complete all pending Wag! support cases before deleting your account.” I don't even know what that means/how to see my support cases??? Please help.

Won’t let me read the report
Idk when the app started glitching but for the last few weeks I can't read the after walk report because the stars to rate the walker block it. I click the stars to rate and then it switches screens to leave a review for walker. Please fix this wag! I like to read what they say about my pup.

Wag Lab Inc are a bunch of shameless thieves. The company is very sketchy at prioritizing walkers. It asks for money not only from the walkers but also from the 5 references it forces you to get. But in reality they ask those 5 references for money for the walker and tell them it's a special "tip" but they keep the money.
