Too many steps when paying in shop. M&S and Coop enter discounts onto card before use and then credit your shop at point of purchase.

Great app
Excellent in general, however the shopping list does not sync between my devices. It would also be useful if in store shopping showed up in completed orders.

Self checkout issue
I've used the self checkout feature a few times and loved it. However, the past 5, 6 times, it would stop scanning(still makes the sound but not adding anything and no warning) after let's say 10 or so items. It would then log me out of the app. I've given this feedback to the store-Comeley bank Edinburgh as well as when I got the survey but no response or improvement as I was there again yesterday.

Great app, but the "personalised" vouchers assigned to me don't seem to be very relevant. Most weeks I get vouchers for the same item which I had only ever bought once.

Lacks good categorisation
Eg: I want a section that's just all of a certain product line eg: no1 You have to search for it and it's mixed with other products OR I just want a section with all their “very best dine in” where you can select sequentially each component of the deal, why on earth is this not just a section of the app , why am I searching for it?

Clunky and requires far too many clicks to achieve anything eg discount codes. Other store apps like sparks much better
