Most items can be easily modified, except the bun! I love the beef n cheddar, but I don't care for the onion roll… not able to change it in the app, only a no bun option :( I love the Meats!

I am disappointed that there is not a reward point system that allows me to get free food occasionally. I understand that corporations need to make money. We all do for our services; but there is no need to get rich on a few people. Please make a point reward system!!!

You are never able to sign into your account whether you try the app or the website neither of them work. I like eating here but I'm not going to until they fix the app horrible service.

I can never get this app to work. It always says I need to sign in but when I do, nothing happens. I don't eat at Arby's anymore because I can't get any deals and the app drives me crazy

Why not save cc info like every other app so you don't have to enter it each time?

I order online then have to get in line to order a side of au jus. I do this so often the managers recognize me and ask how many when I get to the front of the line. Have the app manager finally put this in.

When you attempt to order meals from three different locations on five different occasions over 2 weeks...and you get all the way to the part where you have to pay – and it just tells you that an error occurred and please try again? That's an absolutely useless error. Is there something wrong with my payment? The order? Is the restaurant not accepting mobile orders? No further details at all then? What an absolute waste of time. No. I don't have this problem with any other restaurant app on iPhone or any other device. and it's effectively solved my issue of eating at Arby's.

This is the second time I've had roast beef at this restaurant. The first time was over a year ago and I thought I would give them another try. I have had Arby's sandwiches at three or four other restaurants in that time, and the beef is always shaved so thin it melts in your mouth.this beef is cut extremely thick and absolutely has a different taste. I have had the market sandwiches at the store and they are fine, but the store needs to be retrained on how to slice their beef.
