Both my beef and cheddar and my wife's reg roast beef where quite lacking in the meat department at this location. VERY disappointing.

good for discounts, order online works well, sometimes doesn't show all the in-store deals like 2-for-$6

I ordered thru the app 2 different orders and when I went thru the drive through window to pick up my orders they only had 1 of my orders. They didn't look very hard or ask me what I ordered so a few days later I noticed on my bank statement that they had taken money out for 2 orders. They owe $9 and some change. Due to my husband's Hospitalizations the incident was forgotten about so how do you prove something that happened 3 months later? I'm upset still by this issue tho and refuse to eat

Constantly down or not working. Trash app.

App is broken. It's saying to update my cell number but my number hasn't changed. I can't login to my account anywhere. Phone, browser, tablet. Nothing. This isn't the first time I've encountered this error. Arby's IT needs to fix this ASAP.

App doesn't let you use their gift cards. Menu options are all over in the app as well. No options to add sauces or a side of cheese.
