Difficult
When using the vehicle info, it omits oil that it thinks is not compatible, even though it is the correct oil type listed. Makes it very hard to navigate the app. Also tries to load different oil types in the check out if you're not paying attention. Makes a return trip to the store. I know I'm not the only one cause I've read reviews on the oils I was buying and other people were commenting, similar frustrations.

It’s been a month!
I ordered a part via the app roughly a month ago and it's been sitting at the same “ready to ship” status for three weeks. App users are not important to the company

Screen window
There is about 3/4 of the screen showing a promo and the rest to see the parts… You can hardly see what's available!!

App is a Failure when logging in from another device
Unable to “UPDATE” any information on secondary device. App refuses to allow EDIT/UPDATE of any information provided on PROFILE. As a result, I cannot access needed information to make an informed purchase for my vehicle(s).

when ordering the app ads print is overlapping and it's hard to understand. It's been this way for a long time. I'm thinking of going somewhere else to do business.
