Awful company.
Absolutely the worst car dealership I've ever dealt with. Employees are awful and misinformed consistently. Purchased a car in January, by April when my temporary tag has expired, my permanent tag still has not arrived. Supposed member of leadership on the phone told me “sorry you did not get the answer you wanted” when I told him 3 weeks before a fellow coworker of his told me I would receive rental compensation as they “strive to keep customers satisfied” if this happened. Also, they did not get the registration out till nearly a month after I purchased the car. There's the issue, they need better policies and turn around time for registration to ensure this does not happen. And, when it does, they should, like many other successful organizations, work to help their customers besides suggesting their hands are tied. Lastly, the state I live in, according to Carvana employees, does not allow extensions of temporary tags. I called my local tag office, and they all said this is very inaccurate. Do better Carvana- better onboarding practices, better communication, and better leadership. ALSO- do not bring a car to someone uncleaned just to make the time slot.

They will take your down payment, then cancel the transaction and not release the hold on you account. BEWARE

Sold my car through this platform. They picked it up, I have not heard anything since. It's been over two weeks. Zero communication. Baffling.

Not the best experience, went to buy a car, put $600 down everything was good. Last minute they change my date and require me to show proof of phone bill right before I am going into work. Tell me I have one day to get them the info or they cancel my deal. They already took my money made me sign and approved me. Then change it up last second. Horrible experience. Very unprofessional.

Horrible customer experience. Received numerous emails and texts and calls. Was told by one representative that they had received everything required. The next day was told I had missed upload window and to start purchase over. I cancelled order and am now concerned that Carvana has too much of my personal information. It appears no one person is responsible for an order being processed

Scam
I thought thing was going well then they started saying that I can't get the vehicle because I have a prepay phone everything else was done. Took my money and all right when it supposed to be delivered the next day. Scammers!!!!

I can never seem to get an actual person, and the only solution to my car issues is submit a proposal. I have had EVERYTHING replaced on this car and it's just been nothing but problems but no one seems to care at carvana so I rate this 1 star

Great experience
The carvana experience has been great. My only irritation with the loan payment software is that i can find no way to make an additional principal payment. I find that with other lending institutions. They want us to just pay the payments and interest

Could be better
1. App lets you schedule delivery for next day and then you get an email telling you the documents weren't uploaded by the due date (due date being the day prior to your order date??!?) and the delivery gets canceled. 2. The down payment/delivery fee is required to come from a bank account (whereas dealers would allow for a one time charge for down payment or tax, title & registration fees to come from a credit card)
