Was pretty bad and tricky, so the charge me for the delivery fees even before give me an offer for the car so the offer was to hi and I cancel the other but they didn't give me my money for the delivery(that never gonna happen) back without any communication or alert or anything. I feel i like i was robbed.

Stay far far away
Went from 5 day delivery to 28 days, held my $1500 shipping charge and gave no option but to wait or they will keep your money as it is non refundable no matter how long they delay. Don't get caught with this company, mistake I will not make again. At least a dealership will give you the vehicle

Not good
It use to be a great business now it's just getting messed up I've called and requested ca call back for about a week now and when they call it's. Quick missed call just to say we called also the payoff page on the app and the website doesn't work so something isn't right I really hope they don't go out of business because of stuff like this

Wasted time
There is no seriousness, they offered me for my vehicle I did all the management of buying they asked me for the documents they ran the credit until firm purchase contract and in the end they pulled back, we started again doing separately the sale of my car and the purchase of one for me and in the end they tell me that they did not do my business because my car was with southeast toyota finance. And I wasted my time over a week and lost points on my credit. ARE NOT SERIOUS DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ALSO WITH CARVANA.

Do not buy with this company!
I bought a truck using this company two months ago. I have requested several times for the memorandum of title and they refuse to send it. As of today, they state it will be 5-10 weeks after I received my registration from them and I have to keep calling them before they will send it. DO NOT BUY HERE!!

Liked it, now not so much
I have purchased 2 vehicles from Carvana, and had a decent experience both times. However, now they are charging these ridiculous shipping prices. If you buy a car online, for delivery or pickup, gouging you with some incredibly expensive shipping price is definitely making me now look at brick and mortar dealerships, that you can actually speak to a human that can assist, and toss out any shipping charges they may have, which is not common. If you try to use their virtual assistant that's zero help, it's basically “oh, too bad, that's just the way it is.” In other words, go elsewhere.

NEVER BUY FROM CARVANA
Very disappointed. I have had the car for almost 2 weeks now and has been in the shop for almost those whole 2 weeks!! My car, 2020, has transmission and electrical issues that Carvana has failed to fix or even acknowledge. The doors do not lock or unlock at all and the car has a terrible sound when driving. You can't tell me that the people at Carvana or even those who dropped the car off didn't know those issues. Secondly, I asked Carvana for an extension on my return warranty and the person tells me that it has been approved for the extension. I found out today that the person I spoke with lied to me and I never got the extension. Overall very poor in every way. However, silver rock has been awesome with fixing all the issues with my car. Carvana will promise that they do a 150 point inspection and they have high standards for your car. That is not true at all. And my car is a prime example of how that is very dishonest.
