I'm a new customer that has fought to sign in since day one. 3 months and still no fix!! Makes me change my password repeatedly and still can't sign in just to make a payment. This app should embarrass you as a tech company. I'd give zero stars if I could. Cannot wait to pay this card off and never use it again. Ridiculous.

Poor service I can't get my refund I had to wait it's either they will ship my phone if not, they will refund on the 5th and I ordered new phone which I will pick now in the store and still I can't get the refund of the first phone. Haibo poor treatment I am being told I should wait. They don't tell me when exactly am I getting phone. Agreement was the phone would be delivered April 21 so I have to wait damit I am angry right now

3.6 ratings? Wow didn't think an app from a technology store could suck so bad. Your spends too much resource on location, takes too long to load images and content. Why can't you have a app that loads basics and go from there? Need to be able to search nearby stores for out of stock items. Having to change stores is such a hassle. Stick to web base your pregamers don't know how to test their products I guess they don't care either as long as they get a paycheck, glad I don't own BB stock

App seems to crash on some occasions when I try to do a search for a product. I also notice slow load times when searching if it doesn't crash. And sometimes when I try to bookmark a product to save it to my list, it straight up won't allow me to do so.

I keep getting notifications that have 50/50 chance of taking me to what's advertised; the search doesn't work; lag is an understatement. This app used to be tops. Not anymore. 2/5 stars.
