They came to fix my washing machine after I've been waiting more then 2 weeks. So it set with water in it. He opened it and roaches scattered so he did not fix it. He said it not with roaches. Well if it wouldn't have sit for more than 2 weeks I wouldn't have this problem. My my clothes had piled up. Don't buy anything from them

This app is very slow, selections take 2 or 3 taps to actually work, the website is much more responsive than the app rendering it pretty useless.

best buy canceled it's incentive to purchase . in the past, BB would reward shoppers with gift certificates after they spent (x) amount of money. greed took over; and they canceled their certificates!!
