Google automatically connects to the app, but the app doesn't have the same features as the site. (You can't compare items in the app, only online.) Annoying and immediately deleted. I'll just use the site.

Ads randomly play
Unstoppable ads enlarge to the whole screen and play as you scroll by them making the app a pain to navigate. Since then I've literally bought things from Walmart app that I would have bought from best buy app because it was such a pain

Inconsistent and Frustrating
I've had multiple frustrating experiences with Best Buy's pickup and delivery service. Despite confirming availability online, I received notifications that items were no longer available for pickup or delivery as scheduled. This inconsistency caused significant inconvenience, wasting my time and forcing me to adjust my plans. I've experienced this issue multiple times, with no response or resolution from customer service. Best Buy needs to improve its website accuracy and communication to prevent such incidents and ensure a better customer experience. Until then, I would caution others against relying on their pickup and delivery services.

Apple is the worst! They have removed the find of your App!
Just like Facebook and Twitter before Musk, Apple has purposely kept your app from being found on an Apple iPhone. You have to either know where it is on your phone or go into the back page to find it or search the App Store… ohh and when you do, Apple puts Temu, the horrible Chinese app above you! You pay good money and they keep your customers from finding your app! Or you have to go to the web instead!

Can’t View Any Products, Get Error
I use an iphone 15 pro max. When I tap on an item, I get an error message stating something is wrong, try again later. Best Buy is a national consumer electronics retailer and users cannot purchase items from their website. How does this happen and go unfixed for as long as it has been an issue? (same issue for at least 2 weeks, could be longer). Do better, you're undoubtedly losing revenue because your customers can't purchase on your app…

Stupid best buy I tried 4x to connect my account to my payment method for credit!! So stupid app! You guys need to fix it! Ive tried macys, costco, walmart and amazon but its very easy to set up the payment method. I don't understand why you guys cant make it easier and smooth.
