so at one point I was told I was getting free shipping and then at the end was told that I was charged shipping for everything 😩. I had to remove some items to keep within budget. I don't mind paying for shipping I just need that to be clear up front.

I used to love etsy. But then I tried to sell. Now etsy has suspended my account entirely and refuses to review the case. Not allowing me to purchase anymore seems like a weird hill to die on since I paid the .40-cent seller fee that they demanded from me for not listing my items. I suppose when you automate customer service, you just plan to trade mass amounts of money for pennies AND YOU GIVE ME AN EMAIL THAT IS NOT MONITORED!!! HUZZAH!

I've used Etsy for years and I've become extremely disappointed with the platform allowing overpriced resellers as opposed to artisans selling their crafts

If I could download my digital file purchases from the app I'd give 5 stars. The real problem is I need to uninstall the app every time I need to access files I've purchased because the website will redirect me to the app which has no section for it. Definitely a programming error that needs to be addressed

Had my account suspended without any notice email or reason. I tried to file an appeal twice. Apparently, I never sent an appeal, so I no longer have an account. Nonsense

great app. works smoothly, I'd just like to see some certain features added to make the experience a bit more easy to work with. A way of actually being able to delete multiple items from your cart and saved items is absolutely vital and seems to be missing. I have a cart I can't even use at this point because it would take me all day to delete everything one by one. Also more/better ways to pay for individual items as "buy it now" would also be of great help in this instance. GPay is annoying!

I've been using Etsy for years, I love browsing and finding unique things. One thing that has always driven me absolutely bonkers is that you can't download files straight from the app. Fine, I'll just do it from the mobile browser on my phone. Except now when I log into the website in a browser and try and click to go to my purchases, it takes me straight to the app! Where I definitely can't download the files 😒 it's very annoying. I had to uninstall Etsy and redownload it just to get my file.
