Always have trouble using app. Employees have to ask managers. Managers complain that it's too hard to use. And all for a 5% discount, if that! Not worth the hassle!

The customer support function doesn't even work, I tried to click the items they got wrong and click submit, and it does nothing. Great customer support feature.

So, crowns expire now? What a coincidence, so did my decision to eat at Burger King today. There's no rewards program worse than one that shackles you to the company and steals your earned points back if you don't use them at the company's pleasure. There is way too much competition out there to overlook this customer-spiting behavior, so I'm going to buy my lunch at a restaurant that respects its customers.

I opened this restaurant app to order food and there was a popup to play their mobile video game and I closed the app and threw some tater tots in the air fryer.
