I got the app yesterday, and I put in my first order. I made modifications to my order and then selected to update and add to cart. The modifications never were conveyed to the store. So I got my sandwich made the regular way instead of how I requested it. Maybe a waste of memory on my phone. We'll see if I ever decide to use it again….

I placed an order at a restaurant close to me and it changed the location to somewhere 300 miles away. The “helper bot” was not able to help in the slightest for canceling my order and said “wait 24-48 hours for a response”. It wouldn't let me rate the bot after it was completed talking. I will probably not get my money back. Waste of my time

The app is honestly useless every time I try to use a deal it just tells me “price mutation error” but when I take whatever deal I'm using out of my cart it lets me continue, what is the point of a coupon app that DOESNT allow you to use coupons

You never get hot french fries or tater tots they're already been sitting there for an hour why can't they just give you fresh ones you have to ask for it.

I just used my app to place a mobile order on 5/12 through the app with no problem, a few days later I received a notification from the app gifting 100 points due to being a member for a year, once I clicked on the notification and tried to access it, I noticed I wasn't logged in and when I tried to get back in, it kept reading email address doesn't exist. I've tried contacting customer service about this issue on May 17 which is when I got the notification, they responded, told me to try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, I then responded letting them know I've tried doing that and it still keeps saying my account doesn't exist, not to mention the app is also up to date as well; and they still have not responded nor am I able to access my account, and nothing has been done to try and resolve the issue. I've even sent a screenshots showing that it says my account doesn't exist and still no response. Extremely poor experience with trying to get this issue resolved, it's been well over 24-48hrs. 9/10 wouldn't recommend.

I placed and order on the app but accidentally placed the order with the wrong location. They will not cancel the order or refund my reward points. I just lose out on everything.

None of the coupons work because I can't review the office. The code does not show up in the app, it is very laggy.

Ok app, but no place to order sauces that aren't connected to an order of onion rings or chicken fries. I know you have to pay for sauce now, and I am willing to pay, but there's no where to order it. And when you try to ask for them in the additional notes of course they aren't added in the store.

You need to give more points because of the inflation
