Poor customer service

Bought a ChargePoint level 2 charger which will only work when shutting and reopening the breaker, After sending me a second one problem not solved, returned the unit and after multiple email back and forth I am still waiting for my money back, they keep saying that request was sent to billing department and nothing happen, avoid this company

Auto reloads is a scam

It auto reloads and charges you $10 or more each time your balance drops below $5 without warning or consent but there is no way to stop this feature. You can never get your last remaining $5 back. If you don't charge very often this is annoying.
