Worst app ever, gives zero confidence in their banking
One star is too generous: App is AWFUL- it constantly lags not just logging in, but updating your banding information. It also has features that try to get in your business about how you spend your own money. So sick of this app and this bank. They keep tearing down locations to move to more gentrified areas because apparently they only want a certain type of clientele.

Worst banking experience ever, opened an account without a problem, I then deposited $3220 in checks from the US Treasury, real and official government issued checks... the day after this happened, they cancelled my account... that's the kind of service they give, never again will I go to this bank!... Oh, about the app, I couldn't get it to work either, after signing up for it, every attempt to sign in failed.

I hate using this app. I can't check it whenever I need to and no matter how many times I rest my password, the system never works correctly.

App hasn’t worked in 2 years
I haven't been able to use this app for over 2 years. I update all the time, but every time I open it I just the loading screen.

I'm tired of the app logging me out and telling me my user ID is no longer meets your requirements. The user ID has nothing to do with security. Stop locking me out of the app for this when I need to use the app. Making me switch banks soon for this sole reason!

I am the type of person that does not do rates or reviwes unless it's nessecary but i am getting very irritated. This app is so slow that it's messing with the app itself and my phone all together. It is highly annoying. Highly needs fixing. THIS APP IS TERRIBLE!!!
