I just downloaded the order food and wrote the estimated time, and when it arrived, the estimated time was delayed, and then it was delayed, what the hell is this. This is the fastest app I've deleted.

In the many years that I have occasionally used the app I have only received three offers and always with the deception behind it... You're a bit of a rot, and you do personalized discounts at least once a month. As an organization you are a bit scarce. you should change something, I have a food allergy on soy and I have never found an option that specifies the customer's problem.

Very bad service. I tried and tried again. Orders are always late. Riders call you pretending to be late from the venue, you contact the venue and you are told that the rider didn't show up. A legalized scam. Uninstalled app and canceled subscription. If I really want to give the money, I decide who I don't, who pretends to work. I only feel sorry for those who have found income and are really serious about their work. Everything else is pure scum.

Orders getting canceled after almost 1h. If the service cannot be delivered by the company, it should be great to inform customers quickly. It's not a restaurant issue, deliveroo is just not able to manage riders properly. Having to reject an order is fully understandable, but only of it's done fast and quick

Speaking as a worker, I can now say that the functioning is lacking: orders are accepted without a rider being assigned to them; To get a refund due to the rider's delay, you must have marked the order in time (unthinkable during the full house). I understand that it works in large cities, but it should also work in areas where homes are very far apart.

Horrible service. Restaurant called me to cancel items, but deliveroo still charged me for them and refuses to acknowledge that I didn't get them. Going back to Uber Eats
