Bugs
- tried to make a new account after deleting my old one using the same phone number. While signing up, it said all the information was correct and there were no errors. however, when I finished entering all the info, it said there was a problem and I was unable to create a new account. this happened three times. ended up having to log into my relative's account. - the screen occasionally turns black, and I eventually have to exit and reload the app. - points are confusing, and don't work. employee scanned my barcode and I didn't receive any points. additionally, friend of mine was sure they earned points, but they checked and found nothing. Dutch bros is truly amazing, besides the app. If they were to fix the bugs, including the ones that I haven't noticed yet, it would be great. Thanks.

Since the new update.... no longer can search by flavor.. only by description of the drink

Since the last update, the app only opens to a white page with the logo but then never brings anything else up. The app was working fine before this last update. 😐

App Won’t Open
when I attempt to open the app it just has a photo of a coffee and doesn't actually open any further. So I'm unable to to use the app or the money that I have on my app. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times and it has not made a difference. Once I'm able to actually get into my account I'll adjust my rating.

The app doesn’t work
i've tried more than 10 times to make an account and it just won't let me and says to try again later and it still doesn't work, i go to dutch multiple times a week and not having any points cause the app won't let me is seriously so annoying , im starting to use a different coffee shop that actually works

Good to see the menu, but I downloaded for the rewards systems. For the past month the rewards haven't been working. I don't recieve any points despite how much I spend

Don't like the new app. The whats new area on the home screen is tedious, before you could dismiss pop ups, now they are permanently there. The points history in the more area, shows maybe the last 3 months, where the older version showed the last 6 months to a yr of points history. The recent orders area is a waste of space. As is the big order button in the center that, even tho you have my info, sets my information as living in cali. There should be an area where we can get our receipts!!
