Horrible
Stopped by on my walk yesterday am. App did not want to open. Broista told me they could look up my info on line but did not give me the ENTIRE story Ordered my drink THEN was told I can't actually use your info that I have in the system to pay for your drink or let you earn rewards. You have to call customer service well actually there is an email address at the receipt that I can print out for you. So I did contact customer service after searching for the phone number on line Issue still not resolved I not only can't access the app in my phone yet but I'm out the free drink I should have had yesterday And the funds that are still in the app. Had that been one of the LOCAL coffee shops or heaven forbid Starbucks that issue would have been resolved by the barista or manager right then and there.

Dark Mode Needed
Please make a dark mode or at least a night mode! It's usually early morning when I visit my Dutch Bros and the app is way too bright before coffee.

Can’t login, can’t use points
Since whatever new version, no one in my town has been able to use the app at all. I have loads of points and no way to use them. Fix the app please

App doesn’t work
First of all it could be user error, I'm not techy and I'm new to iPhones. However, this is the second time I've not been able to use my points for free drinks because I can't get this app to work. I've turned my phone completely off, I've tried deleting app and uploading it again, I've talked to the baristas but they don't have a clue as to how to help me fix my app on my phone (but they are always so nice and apologetic). Anyone have a suggestion?

Pricing?
Why does the app have 0 pricing? Knowing how much my drink costs is very important and I'd like to know before asking for the drink and realizing that my usual drink actually went up in price! If I were to ask the workers how much any of the drinks are, I'd be asking a lot of drinks and I'd hold up the line. Please just add pricing.

It’s fine
The app layout is good, and easily navigated on big screens and small. I've struggled with logging in most times, and the last year it's logged me out for no reason quite a few times. Now, when I tried to login today you get burdened with proving you're not a robot right out of the gate. I can understand if I misspelled my credentials, but the first time Dutch Bros?
