I do not understand why the customer who orders should also be charged. Ie 25% from the shops and delivery charge and service charge (what is that) to the customer. Normal theft

I placed an order, the store I chose accepted the order but then canceled it, no one ever informed me so I waited 1.30 hours like the soft...... You mean I'm not blaming the store. Do a job right, otherwise not at all

I have it 5 years lately it started to make problems making orders and canceling us on their own every time we paid by card and we had to wait 2-3 days for the money to come back plain scam wolt is better Also, once they hadn't even returned the money

Unreliable application, 1)The order was placed 7 hours with a delivery estimate of 40-45 minutes. 2) The store was contacted 8 hours ten because we have a small child who was waiting for him to eat in order to put him to bed. The store informed us that the order is already ready and waiting. 3) 1st Communication with Efood 8 hours that the distributor arrives at the store to pick up. 2nd communication about 8:40 and the distributor "arrived" at the store... I cancelled the "ice cream" skewers. Thank you Efood
