registration didn’t go as smooth as it should had
It was keep asking me to complete PayPal privacy agreement but could find anywhere to sign and move on

Inconvenient and unreliable
I think EVgo has worked smoothly for me like twice? I've been to multiple locations that won't accept card or the reader won't work at all, not even with the app and I've had to call to get manually connected. I've also experienced it just stop charging for no reason multiple times.

Hate this option
The only and biggest drawback from owning an EV is having to rely on EVgo to charge at times. It's been an awful experience and for the past 5 months I've had to CALL and go through a whole ordiel to start a charge. It's inconvenient and time consuming. Nothing against the people who help me but this company needs a lot of work.

Charge rate
Charging was fast at first, charging at 130kw but decreased to 65kw near the end at 75% charge. Why does this happen?

Although there are few EVgo charging stations in the Midwest, the app shows absolutely nothing. I have installed and reinstalled several times with the same result. The android app is totally worthless. I just hope the card will work on ChargePoint stations, so I can use some of my credits before they expire.

Horrible excuse for technology it literally never works ..it doesn't sync with the car 90% the time..I hate this company sooo much

Maps are years old. Doesn't show any CCS Chargers. Use plug share instead.

Sometimes it's hard to start. And some stations in SF doesn't work.

It's good but monthly memberships are too expensive and if you don't get it you pay more everything you charge. Defeats the purpose of driving an EV.
