This app worked no problem ever since I download it a year ago but now it just constantly says there's an error and telling me to retry or sigh out which I have done multiple times. What is the issue

I've had this app on my phone and it seems have been working fine then all of a sudden things started going wrong you talk to representative they try to fix the problem right away they want to go into your box after you done already did all the troubleshooting and there's still no resolve problems for this situation the phone still does not work properly as you go to the guide section and it comes up with logos touch the logos and nothing happens fix this problem

Terrible app! Although I have had a problems with this app for a while, it at least worked some times. Now it won't even open! I have communicated with Verizon several times. Each time they give me another excuse. First they told me that using a WiFi extender, was causing the problem. So I stopped using it. Then they told me that, I was using an outsider router that is approved by Verizon, it couldn't be used with the app. So, I stopped using the router. But, it still is not working! Stinks!
