slow upload speed. overpriced as a whole for the same service I get from Xfinity. as a matter of fact I get a lot more channels and my Internet is no different but $70 cheaper a month after taxes

no fixes to the app
even when i'm home the refuses to playback my shows because it keeps saying network changes are in progress. what changes. i can't deal with this provider

I have FiOS, my son has FiOS, when I want to watch a program on phone at his house I get notice that I have to be at home. if at home I don't need app.

Great Shows But Annoying Glitches
I watch RuPaul as it comes out on this app and I've not had great experiences. Sometimes it inexplicably will play ads over and over, without ever stopping or playing the show. The ads just reset after they are finished. This issue is difficult to resolve and sometimes you cannot tell whether you solved the issue until you've watched another long cycle of ads. Also, the show was available to stream as it aired but then took more than 48 hours to be posted on the app for on-demand play. Sometimes with ads, sometimes without. I don't really see why I need to watch ads fir something I payed for.
