Kiosk orders
I'm very displeased with the fact that you are forcing us to use the kiosk. I had an offer that wasn't applied correctly and the manager was too busy to address other than to tell the girl to give me a char coupon. You kiosk is limited in the customization you can do and I prefer to place my order with a per.

I like this burguers a lot, but they keep always messing something up on my order when I order online. Sometimes even sodas or just sides or dressing preferences. By the time I realize I am already home. I need to spend some time checking my order very carefully while I am at the restaurant and thats a little irritating.

Huge Step Back in Functionality
Not sure when the change was made but older versions of the app had much greater control of how you wanted your food prepared. Now your options are merely a yes/no option. No more ‘easy mayo' or ‘extra lettuce.' I understand that ingredients cost money and nobody is expecting an extra patty for free, but plenty of other restaurants' apps allow you substitutions (some triggering a small up-charge). Because of this inability to change the bread type out family went to a competitor because they offered what we wanted and Habit could not or wouldn't make our burgers the way we prefer them, which is a pity as they generally have very good food at fair prices.

Great burgers but the fries are mushy and floppy
I live the burgers so much and the bbq chicken salad, but unfortunately these are some of the worst fries I've ever had. They don't really seem like they are fried at all. They are mushy and floppy. Very unappealing.
