I placed order from Hungrypanda to pick up at 11:30am, however I arrived at the restaurant at 11:30am, restaurant said they didn't receive any order from HungryPanda. Then they spent 5 mins to find the order and told me the order will be ready at 12pm. I tried to contact the customer service from HungryPanda app, however it only has the useless FAQ pages.

Unethical- took order 4 delivery/no driver/no delivery/SCAM… I'll post screen shots on a Google review and I encourage Apple to reach out to me for details. Placed order for delivery on hungry panda. HP DOES NOT HAVE DRIVERS TO DELIVER!!! I found this out when my order should have been arriving. The poor Austrian owner called to apologize and shared that hungry panda had done this to her location three times this week!!! With six senior leaders waiting I had to drive to restaurant to pick up order. Customer service called it ‘confusion' it's not confusing, it's lying.
