Annoying POPUPS
Keeps asking if I “like” the app. When I say yes it asks me to rate it here, but conveniently has their own complaint form if you check no. Very shady and annoying so I went out of my way to rate them one star

The overzealous marijuana promotion is beyond the pale. I dine at JJs multiple times a week, and this kind of garbage may very well lose you a customer. Glorifying recreational drugs is a marketing misstep, period.

This is the 3rd time I used the app the 1st time it worked great the 2nd time I used it, it wouldn't let me finish the order. Today I used it and I ordered 2 subs, the 1 it let me customize the other one it wouldn't I ended up with mayo oil and other stuff I didn't want

Doesn't work well with in-store orders. I've attempted to use my rewards twice. Both times I was told the order had to be placed online or through the app, not placed directly at the location. I find it annoying to place an order through the app. In store, I can just say - 10 with bacon. On the app. Scroll, scroll, that's the sandwich I want, Scroll, scroll I want to customize it, scroll, scroll, add bacon, scroll, scroll place order. Placed 2 orders in store but forgot to get credit on app.
