As a frequent customer for many years I appreciate the service provided. In comparison to other delivery services Just Eat's prices are moderately reasonable. I also appreciate the option of cash payments upon delivery. My only suggestion for improvement is better/ more accurate delivery updates. The majority of the other delivery services provide live and/or visual delivery times, whereas Just Eat only provide an estimate time. Once the estimate time has passed no update is given thereafter.

They don't give u refund if the restaurant or shop has messed up and even when you have sent proof still decline it saying there's not enough proof basically its absolute joke and alot of drivers are very rude now too

Never use it again. Delivery charge, service charge etc. Then food not delivered after 1.5 hours despite small order. Don't use it. We sure hell won't. Make them bankrupt.

I order from ASDA and did not receive some of my goodies. ASDA told me that they will refund but the next minute Just eat contacted me via email and refused the refund although I didn't receive the goodies. Can anyone help on what I can do as this is a rip off and theft of my money. Just eat is now going to get my refund from ASDA but instead if giving it to me they going to keep the money 😡😡😡😠😠😡😠😠😠😠😡😡😡😡. Stinking rotten thieves
