My redemption of diamonds until now is on hold. I redeem it last March 29, 2024. Now its April 22, 2024 it haven't process. Poor service

If I could give this a zero I would. It won't let me join any public groups, it won't bring up any groups that I search for, all I get is oops there was a problem give it another whirl. I've changed passwords, I've made new accounts and deleted the old ones, I've cleared caches, etc. Useless app. Deleted it and looking for something else p

The app was still usable between 2016 and 2018, but not anymore. The images are blurry, filled with bots. Total disaster. Before, it was more fluid. Too bad, there's Insta, FB or WhatsApp even though I don't like any of those apps either. If it wasn't for family or friends who live far away, I wouldn't even be on it. These apps and social media have really dehumanized people.
