Frustrated premium member.

Not sure what else to do but I am working on finding another method of conveniently communicating by video with friends and family throughout the country. I paid for the annual membership and am not able to use some of the features that I really want like the notes feature. My friends and family from several states away leave long Marcos, and I am not able to take notes - anytime I tap to use the feature, it freezes the app and shuts it down after about 20 seconds. The support team is great at responding to my emails, but all I am getting after a month of back and forth emails is that "the team is still investigating this issue" with no solution, offers of recourse, extending my membership, refund, etc. It worked fine on my Android, but it doesn't on my iPhone which is my primary device as of a few months ago. Update 4/21/2024: Communicated with their customer support via email multiple times in February and was told I would receive an update, but it has been nothing but crickets since then. Still the same issues. I won't be renewing without a fix. Frustrated because I really liked this app.

App is going downhill. No longer have the ability to upload video unless you record live. Cut a ticket with support months ago and they never got back. Now I can't see any archived videos at all and I only have access to bookmarked videos. After 3 years on the premium plus I'm looking for other options.
