I used the order option from my mobile. Would not recognized I was already at the store. Still needed to wait in line to get my order started... In that case there is no point using the app to order insted of going to the store and do it there

I have spent 30 minutes making sure my order was right. I closed and re-opened the app more times then I can count. When the was finally right, I confirmed it. When I got the e-receipt, the effin' app charged me 15$ for an extra combo that I deleted at least 3 times. My advice, once you get there, give the code to collect the code. DO NOT ORDER DIRECTLY FROM THE APP

Every time whenever I try and order through the app, it always screws up the payment and it's straight up not worth it! Don't waste your data or space on your phone people!!!

There's some annoying issues in the app. Too small characters, and there's no FAVORITES fast access. Sometimes it's impossible to turn one sandwich with a meal (trio).

Too many "bugs".... Now we have to log in every time we use it. Not practical when you're online at the drive-thru. I don't go to McDonald's anymore.

Probably the worst fast food app. The deals are terrible........like $10 for a big mac combo, or $6 for a breakfast combo. Every other place gives better deals on their apps, or has cross- promotions that are actually decent.

Removing old review & replacing with new. But still one star, because can't leave nevative stars. Honestly, now I'm just fed up with the thing logging me out all the time. Not pleasant when there's a lineup of cars impatiently waiting behind you at the drive thru. Company is worth $200B+ but too cheap to make a decent customer-friendly app. | Update: the logging out issue still hasn't been fixed.
