They messed up my order didn't include what I ordered so i called support and they refused to give out a refund. Has completely put me of ordering from here.

Poor customer service
They seem to be making extended profit off of incorrect orders.. We gave the app a chance but nearly every order has been wrong/missing items. We raised this with “ubereats” like they say. They gave us a partial refund. We then raised this with macdonalds as one meal was the wrong item and the second was missing, they blaimed Uber eats. Uber eats pick up the delivery bag that's sealed and bring it to your door-how do they know what's missing! The refund offered by Uber eats was 1/3 of the price of 2 burgers and macdonalds wanted nothing to do with it.

DO JOT USE THIS APP
DO NOT USE THIS APP The app profile is linked to my ‘correct' Apple ID. They can say they delivered and tried to contact me when they don't knock on the door and have the wrong phone number for me. I have never added this number it's not a field available in the app. No refund, no delivery, no support. The assistant on the phone has evidence they arrived and tried to call, 100 this did not happen.

Never ever use this app
I placed an order from mc delivery, the driver called me and I arrived on time. The Uber Eats driver said he had been waiting for me for 7-10 minutes, which was too long, and left. The meal I ordered didn't arrive either. The driver actually only waited for me for 4 minutes and I even had the call recorded! The after-sales service is very poor. I sent my message to MC's customer service, but only the robot will repeat it or let you call Uber Eats yourself. I called Uber Eats to inform them of the situation, but they refused to refund me. I told them that I had evidence of the call records, but they didn't accept it and only believed the driver! It is very unreliable. Regarding the unfair treatment I received, I have decided that I will never use this software to order food again. There is no guarantee and the experience is very poor!

£5.89 burger missing yet only £2.48 “max” refund
We made a big order with two meals and chicken nuggets, and we come to find that we're missing an entire quarter pounder deluxe burger for £5.89. We call UberEats Support and they tell us that they can only refund us £2.48. They then attempt to justify this by telling us it was merely a burger missing from the meal we ordered (a meal which cost £8.29). After calling them out, they tell us it is purportedly the “maximum price” they can refund us, according to company policy. If that really is the case (after trying to weasel their way out of the call-out), £2.48 is honestly a joke as it covers less than half the price of the burger while not even taking into account its delivery fee. Do not order from here, as if they get your order wrong, expect to stay hungry and be missing money.
