Keeps logging out
I was trying to enter my another account to transfer some money. As soon as I go to my other banks app to copy account and sort code metro bank app logs out. App is very difficult to use because of that.

Please allow me to name my accounts
Metro bank please can you develop the ability to name individual accounts. Your rates are really competitive, but I am discouraged from opening more than one account as I can't give it a name like I can with the Halifax and nationwide apps. Think this would encourage people to have multiple savings pots

Works OK but i'm giving it one star until it stops nagging me to review every time I use a feature. Really it's not such a bad app but I hate nagware.

An app that gets easily confused when working on anything a little bit different. For example setting up a new payee and the passcode sent through could not be pasted in automatically as it froze the app. Not sure who is doing the testing but very disappointing.

Weekend closure
Very disappointed with the bank being closed at the weekend, its one of the reasons I chose metro bank. Thinking of moving to another back. It would have been 5 stars otherwise!!

Terrible app for transfers

Registration - Getting Started
Whether you’re an existing or new Metro Bank customer it’s simple to get started.
- If you’re registered for online and telephone banking, you’ll need your 12 digit customer number, 8 digit security number and your password
- If you’re not registered for either, you’ll need your 12 digit customer number and the details of the card you used most recently or your Magic Word.

Metro Bank’s mobile app is available for Personal customers and also Business customers if they’re using Business Internet Banking only.
