Couldn’t deliver
It took them 40min (after the ETA) to tell me that they couldn't collect the order - No delays were communicated to me.

One star will do, because this is the worst app ever I never seen such things in my life.On the app it says my location is unavailable while I see it passing by everyday . I live next to the R36 and everything I order online it comes here straight this app is strange though

It's a good app would be great if they do follow up with restaurants it pisses me off whenever I get wrong orders nd missing items

Forth time trying the app and every time it says it will sent me a code before I can place my order and everytime it never sends it to me and I've Checked my phone number multiple times and it's correct. Left disappointed every time.

My mother ordered food we waited for them they called so we went outside and nobody was there, they said the order failed and is going back and not paying back or delivering the food again to the location

Drivers lagging their pickup
Countless times I've had to log a query on a delayed order - with the main reason being “driver allocated but not responding”. So the restaurant was on top of it, and on time - but the drivers just have a complete disregard for being responsive and care about the food getting cold. I've once even har a driver tell me he “had to stop for petrol”, why pick up my order then? You guys need to track driver response time and reward them for quick turnover time. This is the only way to get it right. Please man.

I enjoy using your app. But please get rid of your most annoying advert i have ever seen. The one with the young girl howling out her eyes because the guy got engaged. It annoys me that I'm contemplating deleting your app.
