It keeps saying we having issues connecting to our network. Try connecting to wifi for better service. I been connected to wifi and I ordered but it didn't go through. Enjoy this 1 star 🌟 I'm deleting this usless app thanks for nothing

I don't like this app any more. If you turn on location permission, your location is now shared with third parties. If you allow nautifucation, not only your order is nautifued but also I received many advertisement through push nautification. Ther is no separate nautification options. I will not use this app.

Can’t login to app
Username and password work on PC. On app says invalid. I know it's the correct one because it's stored in a cross-platform password manager.

Horrible app update
Was forced to update the app & it's worse. Charges you for sip club orders. Will be dropping sip club, app so useless now. Also, Panera raised price of sip club to make up for years of beverage theft. Not worth it anymore. Then just wrecked the menu by getting rid of favorite items, increasing costs for most items, decreasing size for lots of items. And most irritating: got rid of the antibiotic free & hormone free food in order to serve generic tasting & less healthy food. Looking around for a better place to spend my money!

Opens on its own frequently
The app is extremely sensitive to movement and self-opens constantly, disrupting my actions. There used to be a setting to STOP that nonsense, but the setting was taken away in an app update. Once I use up the balance of my credit, I'm removing the app.

False advertising. I get they're going through rough times but if I'm paying $26 for a meal, and select bring to table, I'd rather not have to get up. But instead they leave the option on the app and some shouts your name from the bar. If you no longer offer the bring to table option, remove it.
