Can’t login
I can login to the website just fine, but the app won't let me login. I've typed and retyped my email and password 27473 times to no avail. Useless.

Why can’t I walk in and order?
I went in to order a special carry out and found out I can't just walk up and order it simply. I must go online and take a while to add all my info just to buy a carry out special. Ridiculous!

Horrible
Can't get it to bring up delivery option. Lists closest Papa John's but I called and they don't deliver to us. App sends you in circles. Take a clue from Chipotle developers and get a better app!

Love PJ’s, Hate this app!
I get pizza just about once a week and every single time I go into the app it doesn't remember my log in and I go to log in, it says the account doesn't exist so I go to creat an account and it says an account already exists. This app has some serious issues because I don't get my points this way which is the whole reason I got the app in the first place. I have deleted and redownloaded this app so many times out of frustration 😅

App so slow. Moving from one screen to another, choosing items. Terribley slow. I have a new high end phone so not my phone or network. Closed it ordered food somewhere else.

I placed an order before and it charged me twice, since the screen didn't give notification that the payment went thru, neither received any email notification. I emailed to customer service, but no response.
