Password problems
After upgrade to Ver. 24.14 the app will not let me sign in. No text link is ever sent. IF a email does come to you…it will ignore your app and push you to the website which is also broken. My mail is not on a browser but a stand alone mail app. I would be happy to go back to the old version 24.10 or better yet the old enter a name and password and forget about text/email link. Note: yes I contacted tech service and after 10 days of poor service…and no fix…I may be ready to give up. My case was sent “up to higher level” so I will wait to see if I get any help.

Doesn’t work for tourists
Apple Pay not working in the app. Credit cards are not accepted unless they have an American post code. Basically unusable for many people, which makes it strange that a tourist place like Miami Beach would select this service.

Never had to use this before and downloaded it on vacation since the meters are all coin or app. We got a great spot on the beach, but when I input the location I wasn't allowed to choose a length of time, I was told I'd have to end the parking session when we left. I have two year old twins, obviously forgot, and got a $35 parking charge. I was already wary of this app because of the data breach a few years ago- I'll be back to avoiding it at all costs.

Scam
I feel like this app is a scam now. In two different incidents I paid for parking in Redondo Beach CA and the meter was still showing that the time expired. I reached out to Park Mobile once about it and never heard back. It literally just happened again today, which is why I am leaving this review.

Super hard to use
Logging in = hard (due to super slow email of required link). Paying = hard (no Apple Pay) Logging car = hard. All in all, not a great experience

Scam AVOID
Took my money to park for the eclipse. The lot was closed off and inaccessible when we arrived and there were other people who were similarly scammed and equally confused there also. This company didn't return attempts at customer service contacts for weeks and attempted to blame me for not using additional avenues to contact them for help. No acknowledgment of their obvious attempted theft of my and others' money. AVOID.

Got another ticket! Wouldn't allow me to transfer license plates after paying $35 for 2nd vehicle. Calling support is a waste of time. They can't help you bc they can't do ish. Told me they have no power/authority to do any. Then why the fudge am I using your app?! Last ticket I got bc their craptacular app was down. Never got the 15 minute notification and parking expired. Just use the city's parking stations, can't rely on this app. Tampa does not work with parkmobile and does not care!
