Toooo upset my money back
I am extremely upset. When I get to the location ⦠every door was close.. no one to ask a question I am late for my event , pay extra for my parking⦠And guess what , it is not the first time such thing happen.. if the company doesnât have a control on the facility do not have available when it is not available How much money you will make with all the customer that doesnât complain or ask for a refund back.. I have no words to describe how upset I am Knock the metal doors, try to enter by glasses door and nothing..

This app has just gone down hill. Just got an 80$ ticket after booking with them, because the lot I booked was connected to another lot with no identifing mark, and 0 info on the app to tell you this or which are you could park in. I've been having more and more trouble with the app the last few times I've used it, and will be deleting this forever. Makes me sad because I used to recommend this to anyone trying to park in Nashville.

I had never used park whiz before and downloaded the app solely to buy parking for a Tampa lightening game. There was no signage indicating where the valet team was located. I drove around for 45 minutes and I wound up paying for parking somewhere else. The Park Whiz team refused to give me a refundâ¦.After taking weeks to respond. Never again.

They advertised cheaper parking but when I get to the garage their code doesn't work so I had to pay full price for the lot. They refunded me my money which still has me losing out on money when trusting their app. Given they responded and did refund at least something will give 2 stars but do not recommend using.

Prices change all the time, I pay $21.00 for sporting events and $50.00 for concerts. Absolutely absurd! This company is such a ripoff!!!

I paid for parking through Ticketmaster 38.50 then once I got to venue couldn't access parking pass so I had to repay 45.[address] I reached out to them and submitted a ticket along with screenshots of both purchases. It's a hassle to have to wait for a response in order to get my funds back. This was a few days ago and still nothing.
