This app is the opposite of "feature rich", it is capable of next to nothing. If I have to go to the website for the majority of account operations why did you waste my and your company's time offering a clunky, do nothing app.

The app has a major glitch. After installation, the pages just kept flashing back and forth and loaded very quickly and changed screens abruptly. Sad.

This app is very frustrating. I'm getting told I need to verify transactions that were verified?? Not user friendly and difficult to navigate from app to website which is required to submit documentation. They really need to streamline their information.

Can not access my account since changing from Playflex. When I call for support my card number isn't recognized. Very frustrating!

The To-do's still show action required, even though clicking on them, states the purchase is verified no action needed. The To-do's you verify and attach documentation for, state you still need to verify. It's quite confusing and aggravating.
