This app is absolutely horrible! I'm laughing because it is so ridiculous. I mean nothing works

The app is easy to use, but the rewards are useless if I can't use them in my available stores.

The app is very easy to use. However, it does not allow you to customize your chicken order - white or dark, on all sizes. It only works with specific orders, like a 3 piece. As expensive as Popeyes is, the customer should be able to select white or dark on any size chicken order. You also can't order jalapeños, cajun sparkles, or honey in the app which is completely disappointing.

Burger King has one why can't Popeyes have a pay with cash inside the store option

This App EXPIRES your points if you don't frequent the business often enough. Horrible way to treat loyal customers.

Stopped at a Popeyes today. The app will not let me sign in.

I dine or drive through once a week because I love the flavor and amount of the crunchy coating on the thighs & legs when they're hot and juicy. The slaw or mashed potatoes, and their biscuits with butter all taste amazing together along with Dr. Pepper. I really look forward to that meal, so I've become SO angry that 8 times out of ten, they give me a breast instead of a thigh which is a drier, less flavorful piece that I won't eat. Therefore, I'm beyond disappointed and furious when my husband is kind enough to bring one home for me, and they did it again, and all I have to eat is a drumstick. NOW, my husband or I have to GO IN when we are “driving through” to watch them, or we have to pull over in the parking lot after the drive through to check. Yes, 80% of the time, we have to park & take it in! They always say that they are “out of thighs.” If I'm eating there, I will actually wait the 15” for them to make them or just get two legs. I'm not merely complaining; I want to know when corporate is going to solve this. The employees at the counter are always so nice and really competent, so I keep returning with just “hope” each time. They've even been out of my Dr. Pepper a couple of times, so now I have to ask that before I order at the counter. I always order through the app to get rewards, so it's a positive that I earn a free meal every so often, but ya have to ask, “Is it all worth it?”

Made several attempts to use my gift cards to no avail. System hung then a message saying they were aware of the problem appeared.
