In my last order it took 3 hours to prepare the food for me, and when the Rappi had already finished delivering the order I had before mine (which took more than 40 minutes) it canceled the order. Luckily my payment was in cash, if it had been by card I don't know if I would have gotten my money back. And they don't give you the opportunity to report to Rappi, because as soon as they cancel your order you can no longer see their data and they don't let you rate your experience. I've already uninstalled Rappi.

It's the second time it's happened to me, I ordered two Muzzas and two Fainas and I got a Fugazeta and a single Faina. They had already stolen a coke from me and the support is terrible, they never help you anything, neither refunds nor coupons. I had Rappi Pro not worth it. Cancelled and I switch to another app.

I bought a pizza and it didn't arrive, the delivery man practically stole the product, when they reviewed the request they indicated that it did not meet the requirements for the refund, scammers

It's always buggy and doesn't open up the option of restorer for me, and now on top of that it doesn't let you choose the tip, they force you to give it

I received an incomplete order and the support did not want to make the refund, and that I paid for the premium plan, support is an ornament, of course I ended up canceling my subscription
