This is the most uninformative app. Can't find anything.

Not a great app. Not possible (at least in Android) to view whether sent messages have been received or read- app help feature is useless for this. Difficult for teachers with multiple classes to search for a student or parent. Also, phone calling does not work.

Love the updates but

That the texts come from a different number every time is incompatible with parental controls on my kiddos phone—they cannot receive messages from unknown numbers.

Great app. Very useful. Unfortunately it has one huge problem that the developers seem to be completely disinterested in fixing. I'm in 10 or 12 conversations from groups that no longer exist, but I can't remove them. A quick Google search showed me that users have been complaining about this to the developers for years, only to be ignored. Seems like this would be an easy fix. Every other messaging app lets you delete entire group message threads with 2 or 3 clicks.

Constantly having issues refreshing conversations. To the point I have to stop the app and re open it.
