Problem from the start.My profile image (non sexual, waist up, including my face) kept getting flagged/deleted. The reason given was due to an overlay being used?I never used an overlay or edited my photo. I've never heard of guidelines like these before. Wondering who, how, and when they decide to enforce this after seeing other user's photos. Ultimately not worth the headache with so many other app options. I reached out to support and never heard back. DELETE!

Very deficient app.
Firstly, the design of the app and screens is very confusing, illogical and not practical. The app is so slow, loading, opening and closing the app. (in using it with a brand new IPhone 15 and super fast optic fiber WiFi) Do not pay for the app: After I paid for a subscription, the advantages are none existent and there is a limit to the “swipes” or “matches” you can make. It makes you wait 24h to see more profiles after you reach a limit. EVEN AFTER PAYING FOR PREMIUM! That is absolutely ridiculous. Even having paid it doesn't allow you to message people when “matching” . So after you swipe that profile disappears forever. The app vibrates every single time you open your profile and confuses users thinking it's a message. Uploading pictures is a complete headache. It take multiple minutes for 1 (ONE) image to load, and you can only do 1 image at a time. Deleting images also takes multiple minutes. It basically took me almost an Hour to create a profile given how slow the app is uploading information. The competition apps are much much better, more user friendly, easier to use, and much faster technical aspects like uploading pics and information. The Free versions of other apps are even better than the paid versions of this app.

Absolutely refuse to delete my data, stole my Scruff pro, and banned me automatic. Don't Go pro they will steal your money, they will give you automated responses and not tell you why. I never violated a rule I barely use the app, it's all nonsense. I've been going back and forth for weeks, and all they do is keep bouncing me between automated responses. They got their money so why would they care? I'm going to dispute the charges on my credit card, and report you to the BBB Support doesnt work

This app totally sucks the. Re is absolutely nobody near me. That I would be interested in. There's nobody near me at all. And when I tried to cancel it doesn't refund your money Back when you've only had the profile. 15 minutes, there's no point being on here. If you can't find anyone near you
