So hard trying to reach a representative. When you dont get the chance to do a video visit due to interent its like just losing your money when it should automatically go back on to your acxount.

App is fine but securus doesn't allow you to schedule video visits for sessions two weeks in advance with is annoying. If you have a birthday or a special occasion you can't plan ahead.

Overall it's a great app. The keyboard is my issue and doesn't off autocorrect.

Terrible. Most of time it's static and and freezes up. I pay for these visit and suck so much. I miss my husband and I need this. Also the directions and different options at the start of a phone call, take time off of our visit. Why do this when we pay for the call? I'd like the full time I'm paying for. Not to listen to an automated voice for a full minute. Thank you

Worked fine now it wants to update and it says I dont have enough space. I have freed up so much space yet it just keeps wanting me to delete stuff. It worked fine until this. Now I will not be able to use this app anymore to schedule visits. Thanks

This app has caused tons of problems. Half the time we can't hear or see each other on the visits and there's always static on the phone... They have even denied or canceled my visits with out refund or credit. But don't bother calling one of their 3 phone numbers because no on will answer. This company owes me money at least $100. But they've got you because there's no other option.

The app provides the following features to easily setup and manage our incarcerated connection services:
•	Create a Securus Online account (required for app and website access)
•	Change password and 4 digit passcode
•	Setup security questions for easy password reset

Video Connect℠
• Enroll in Video Connect, schedule and visit an incarcerated individual remotely from anywhere in the world where you have Wi-Fi or cellular data service at all Securus sites that offer Video Connect.
• Access and view your upcoming scheduled video sessions
• Sync details of upcoming video sessions with your calendar
• Receive notifications for upcoming video sessions
• Manage photos for identification, view transaction history and manage credit/debit cards
• Test Wi-Fi/cellular connection to determine quality of Video Connect 
*For best results and to reduce echo, use a headset or ear buds with microphone for Video Connect

Prepaid Calling Account Management for You

AdvanceConnect – fund this account to receive calls to the phone numbers you choose from your incarcerated loved one.  You can:
•	Enroll and add funds to AdvanceConnect account to always be ready for a call
•	See available funds
•	Add or change phone numbers that can receive calls
•	View call details and transaction summary
•	View the last call attempt to a number
•	Block or unblock calls
•	Enroll in AutoPay or TextPay
