The distributor's annual membership ended abruptly, and it became a guarantee with items used in the app. If you agree to the guarantee, it was an application, so even though I expressed my intention that I did not need the guarantee because I could not agree, I was sent the item without permission. If you feel like you have guaranteed this, please collect the item immediately. Despite the fact that I fueled the charge, I ended the service without permission, and it was the worst operation with no decent guarantee, and it was too terrible to start a similar membership and further fuel the billing.

Disappointed
To be honest, I was disappointed after I got banned for a month, even though it says that I got banned from starting a roleplay even though I didn't do it nor started it. I even emailed the spoon team on February 22nd, waiting for an email response back and never been have. And also I was very very disappointed that you have to pay membership order to group calls. I mean I understand for economy, but I missed when everyone had a chance to call in without paying anything excepts for spoon back in 2020 to 2021 I believe. I am very very disappointed and how the spoon team that will contact or emailed back within 24 hours or something like that.. never did.. waited a whole month to see to get a response back but never did.

You are logged out without permission. After that, when I try to log in, I get an error code, it says failed, and I can't enter. When I open the app when I feel like it, I sometimes put it in as if nothing happened. I want you to do something about it.
