Recently, I can't sign in at all. If I try biometrics, it closes the prompt and does nothing. If I try to manually type my credentials by hitting Sign in, it just says an Error occurred, try again. Can't even create an account if I want to because I get the same error.

When the app works, I like it, but there's so many times that I get all the way through and it won't let me finish.

I have tried paying for my food many times, and I tried three different debit cards that for sure have money. Keep getting error code to try different payment cards. I uninstalled and refresh app but nothing works. Frustrating

1- app really often doesn't work. 2- no complain options 3- no cancel options . So this app trash.

The app never loads, it always just in process of loading, but would never let u use it for hours when you are at the store, stupidity to even try collecting points!

Horrible app. I've tried to place an order through the app, once the payment was completed it suddenly showed an errors saying something went wrong. I had to close the app and restart it. I couldn't see my order in the order history page. I went to the selected subway location and they said the didn't received any order. However the amount was deducted from my bank account. I've tried to contact the customer service and it didn't work either. No response from them at all.
