Awful app I've never been able to sign in for a year now so I can't check my bills for all I know they could be over charging me. I have tried speaking to someone from 3 but gave up after 30 minutes of going round in a circle. I have been with 3 pretty much since they first started. Safe to say I won't be with them for much longer , one star is to good really. Never again

Unusable. Since the update, I have not been able to login to the app. Keeps telling me "something went wrong". Useless to me.

Why is 3 Network constantly trying to force unsolicited apps on customers. Every month I have to accept an update with unsolicited mandatory content. Can you look into this and stop the practice. If I need an app, I can go to get it but forcing it on customers is very bad.

Doesn't EVER work for me anymore, it makes me log in a thousand times before it tells me "something went wrong" every single time. And I already hated this network as it is, 3 is just the worst.

Well if you run out of data please wait till your free unlimited calls are used up as it won't let you add another add on till they time out, it will only use the credit you put on to buy the new add on at a massive rate big scam...
