Be aware!!!
Thrive automatically enrolls you in an “auto ship” program where it adds a bunch of stuff to your cart and automatically charges you, and ships it. The prices aren't even good deals, your local healthy grocery store is a much better option. I would not recommend thrive to anyone.

Good resource, only if you receive deliveries
Still waiting for delivery placed over a week ago, they claim delivered non-frozen but tracking photo shows delivered to someplace that had a chain link fence. I don't have a chain link fence. Forced to use FedEx ground, but they are independent contractor and lousy at actually getting packages to the correct address. Thrive won't allow choice of carriers like UPS and unfortunately even my frozen order is still not been sent. $204 order and still have not seen anything for this order. I'll possibly try using again, but will likely use Azure or local food [name].

App makes ordering confusing
My cart shows autoship items and one time items twice so it's really confusing to use this app. But I love love love the food and they always have great prices

Poor customer service
The food selection and prices are great, however, it is beginning to be outweighed by the absolute incompetence of customer service. I attempted to leave a negative review on the app for a poorly made glass water bottle that cracked for no reason. (Support did not care that this happened) It appears they may be hiding negative reviews, as my review never posted. I have been communicating with support for months, and with no progress in this issue. They are unable to tell me what went wrong, and they are unable to fix it.

Can’t edit autoship in app
The app does not work well. You are not able to edit AutoShip in the app. Each time you do it doesn't except the edit. It defaults back to what you previously had. You have to login and fix any edits through live chat with customer service. You can't view by upcoming shipment date. You can only view all subscriptions and then check the dates of each item manually. Not user friendly at all. Plus, I don't wish to have to log on and communicate with customer service every month in order to update my order.

Don't take the quiz - you won't get an idea of the product pricing and service B4 they make you pay for a subscription. After they scam you into paying to see the product, they then won't refund you for having to pay upfront to just learn more. Terrible company and didn't even order yet but make u pay before you understand. Going to the BBB & you all being just sales scammers unable to refund me 12 dollars, to then make me have to dispute with my bank. You're crooks. Agent "[name]" was no help.
