Search function doesn't work and the app refuses to show me ANY restaurants over half the time. It straight up doesn't work.

I don't like that I can't track my order or delivery in real time. This app is very confusing to me. Also, I had an issue with my order and getting a hold of a love person is nearly impossible. I don't think I'll be using toast again in the future…

I placed an order with Toast and the restaurant placed my order and charged me but then toast declined my order but still took my payment. I tried calling customer service about 10 times but they never picked up. The app says to call the restaurant but they aren't able to help me. This app is horrible!!

DO NOT USE THIS APP!! The delivery people steal your food!!! The customer service is HORRIBLE!! They make you jump through to many hoops to get a refund!!!! Who would believe that TWO DAYS IN A ROW MY ORDER WOULD BE STOLEN!!!

This app doesn't always work well. A restaurant can be right beside you and work on the app but will not show up till you search for it. Also the inability to cancel / modify scheduled orders is just bad.

Poor UI, couldn't search for known restaurants. Wouldn't let us use our gift card.

Not as advertised? Will remove rating later. There's absolutely no way to check/review/track rewards from these restaurants. The restaurant I went to and signed up for rewards, I got a text to check my rewards balance via link. Clicked on said link and the website says to check balances on app. Downloaded this app and this restaurant doesn't even come up on the search bar. No rewards tab. What is this app for exactly? Seems like if just for ordering food but don't they have door dash for that?

have had issues with delivery my correct address is in prfile but the driver address lacks UNIT number they must call, EVERYTIME! Just happened again (even told restaurant to place unit on bag). FAIL So I called driver and he spoke NO ENGLISH! I then deleted my account to sign under new sign up all I get is errors. cannot give new email phone number is sane. I did get a link to forgot password which says ERROR BEYOND FRUSTRATING. No human seems to monitor this. now cannot get my favorite delivery

ITS A SCAM! DONT ORDER FOOD DELIVERY FROM HERE. I GOT SCAMMED OUT OF 50 DOLLARS!
