Non Functional App
The app doesn't allow you to swap award point options, and automatically deducts the points from the total before making a purchase. The scan code in restaurants does not always operate properly when scanned.

Wendy’s doesn’t refund or reorder when stolen
Either the restaurant didn't put my entire order in the bag or it was stolen by the driver but either or I had to pay twice for my order, delivery fee and tip because Wendy's doesn't reorder when you're food has been stolen. I barely use the app as is

Unable to order
Tried to add a frosty, message said to add chili or another item. Added hamburger and still got error message. Tried to order offer of 2 junior cheeseburgers when nothing in my cart and got message to add them ala cart due to error. I tried to add the offer again after deleting the offer and said it was already in my cart but it wasn't not easy to use in My opinion. This was my first time using and I don't like it.

Totall animosity
This is incredible. I tried to drive through as I had many times before. The apparent staff went totally off the rails. They refused to serve me. They said they could do only online orders. So I placed an order online. But they refused to take my order online and called the police. I was totally polite and pacifist the whole time. I did everything they asked and was refused service,

Useless customer service on all
App was decent and was collecting points. Somebody got into my account and bought a sandwich across the country. Contacted customer support about this to refund the points, did the password change and all. First Lady was rude and unhelpful. Second person said they “opened a case and will investigate” weeks later still nothing. Just deleted the app, not even worth it anymore. Will just eat somewhere else.

Not working!
I use this app regularly, no problems until a few days ago. It works as normal until you go to pay, then the pay option and price sit there spinning as if in an infinite loop, sometimes the pay option will stop spinning but the total never does. I have an iPhone SE 2020. I have also tried it on iPhone 11 Pro. and an iPad, all the same. I have shut down, restarted, uninstalled, reinstalled…..still the same issue. It's annoying because I'd really like to use the app.

The app is terrible. It won't let me use my points and it freezes constantly. It needs a lot of work

Can’t Customize order.
The worst part of this app is that you cannot customize your order. Eg. If I don't want ranch in my wrap, but DO want mayo, can't do it. Only can choose NO RANCH. Plus I can't add condiments to order either. Silly app.
