I was up shopping at 0330 am and my code work I accidentally forgot to submit my order and I was refused to have code honored. I'm completely disappointed in this and may return all my items.

It's great for shopping on but it's so buggy! The filters don't load right, it's hard to go back, and I haven't been able to add a new payment type through the app on multiple occasions. It's slow or unresponsive more often than not. UPDATE: My review is much the same. It does feel more integrated and the safety measures are good even if annoying. Still too buggy for my liking.

The website and app both suck. Long load times. Half the time I can't checkout because of some bizarre error. Sometimes I can't even log in, saying wrong password. But I close it down a few times and then it will log me in. Really too bad, I've been buying most all of my clothes and ALL my undies/bras from this company online for the past 6 years.
