Getting worse’r by the day
And now, you hit the button to see the purchase on let's say Amazon, I've had a 100% failure rate to see the invoice or receipt on these loans today. Sad!

Not very functional
Have tried to use several times over the last few years, and it always says they can't confirm my identity. Then they give no instructions on how to prove your identity. I had to really dig on google, until I found something saying you could take a selfie with your id or something, but still don't know where. This company seems to live in 2001. Weird.

Terrible customer service
I tried buying something using an affirm virtual card, it didn't go through, and I was charged my “payment”. I tried contacting affirm customer service but no one was available. The phone number prompts tell you to wait 45 days to get your money back and keep making your payments. Unbelievable how affirm declines their virtual card and tells you to keep making payments on an order that didn't go through

App not working
Have tried for the last month to use this app and it will never load, just a spinning wheel of death. This week it actually loads the app but has errors on each page stating to refresh or having trouble loading this page. Whatever bug fixes you have been pushing are not working. Please fix.

Do not use
Used affirm one time because of an ad that claimed $50 of a purchase but they never credited me the $50 and the customer service is no help.

Takes too long to move money
3-5 business days to deposit or cash out. Doesn't make this app useful for short notice expenses or banking apps without instant transfers shouldn't exist.

Can’t log in!!!
I updated my phone to iPhone 15 and now I can't log into my account. I tried multiple different ways to log in & haven't been able to do so. I even deleted the app and re-downloaded & still get a sign in error. There is no help button to report the issue when trying to log in. Help!!!
