Your stupid system says that I can't make a purchase because it couldn't verify my identity. I have used affirm dozens of times on this same device and I have a balance that's in good standing, my available funds were thousands of dollars over the $ amount of my attempted purchase, so it wasn't a credit limit issue.

Absolute trash. Dead end process of poorly designed apps and browser requests. Then, your card or code will not work at checkout and expires less than 24 hours after you receive your information. Scam of all scams.

Ok, up until now I've liked the app. You changed it. I used to go on the 1st of the month and it would tell me how much was due this month, I would write that amount down then pay each one. Now I have to write each one down, and subtract from my checkbook. Please put it bac the way it was.

My balance went down about 1200 and my income had doubled. Ive never been late and always payed off. I will no longer use Affirm.

I canceled a transaction with a 3rd party, and Affirm still took a payment, but wouldn't reimburse me for it during a dispute. Shame on you Affirm. Won't be using you again.

Horrible We do the process of giving you our information and verify it through the email and then it says go back to affirm app to complete sign up. And I'm sorry but that's not how it works your chat box is useless. Is this just a way of getting people's information. You could have had a lot of business, but I don't appreciate the lack of your way of signing up
