The app is helpful in spreading payments. However for me it says I'm approved for a certain amount but it always decline me if I try to use it at a store besides Amazon. But since Amazon has it all, I give it 4 stars but would love to know why that happens.

Sucks. They used the wrong address for payment and shipping even though I changed it 2 times then got denied after I had to cancel the order which reflected on my credit. Don't use them. Just use other options cause that's straight up bull.

I would give it a negative review. No customer support and they haven't credited a refund to my account. They're still charging me monthly for that purchase. Negative reviews.

I wish I had never done business with affirm. A company so incompetent to take my payment, that they've failed 3 times now. I've never had so much trouble paying anyone. 3-5 days to process a payment? Unacceptable. Once I get out of this I'll never use it again and actively advise everyone I know to never use this app or trust this company.

I did love the app. I'd made 2 separate orders, using the app, & made 2 early payments (early) and when I went back into the app to check my "Spending Power", it show "0" which I didn't understand. I thought I'd paid the total bill off. It's been very confusing to me. The 2nd of the 2 orders shows that I've never missed a payment. The 1st one was paid-in-full. The payment for July was paid earlier than the due date. Aug & Sept are now due, which I plan to pay off this week. Rather confusing!???

Lowered rating to 3 from 5. Tried to update MAILING address to PO Box, where I recieve all mail (I don't even have a mailbox at home), so that I could get a physical card. App wouldn't let me update to my PO Box, so l guess I will only be using Affirm online.
