Very complicated. I was given this information at samsung to get a mobile phone on credit. What I understand is that this app is linked to your bank account. It doesn't make sense

Payments
I have a card on file and for some reason when my payment is due it is not allowing payment . I even hit the message to pay now and it will not allow but I can use my husbands card that is the same back account and pay the payment . I have tried over and over for customer service with no luck . Frustrating that I can't pay with one card but can another and can't get help

Now no credit?
I have an acct & have used it all year but now that I'm needing it for Christmas I'm being told that I am not allowed any credit yet I have paid Affirm thousands of dollars to this date & now when I need they are refusing me credit for my babies!

Worst app ever
Worst app I've ever used. Had problems with SHOP withholding refunds that retailers sent through. Can't get any help because the app only gives forms to fill out. When a human does “supposedly respond there is no “secure message” portal to see the message. Don't use this. They are crooks!

No longer working
After the latest round of updates, I can no longer log into my account on my mobile device. I've tried reloading the app with no results.

Turn off the autopay reminders.
Overall I like affirm I HATE the constant, turn on auto pay nonsense. No I'll manage it myself thanks!

Horrible Customer Service
I've contacted CS on many occasions via phone and email to fix my app since it stop working. I've deleted the app, restarted my phone with no luck. They keep saying they are working escalating my ticket with IT, but I have not received any feedback nor response. The customer services have no idea on how to assist as well, but they are working on it. Been almost 4 weeks since I first reached out with no solution.

My order was declined but they still took my first payment. I can't get anyone on the phone to refund it.

I was charged for a down payment and then they took away the credit and they don't give me back the first payment and the money was never refunded
