I downloaded the app because it is advertised by the sign in the parking lot but it doesn't go to any parking lot.

In any shopping mall, I have never had a parking barrier jammed. In the apcoa flow car park, a non-working registration reading system is standard, it just happened from time to time. Parking for a few hundred a month? Forget about the trash can nearby. I had to use it for a year - never again.

The app deducts money for a parking that you have not approved/made, just because you have registered the number plate in the app once. Of course, when the app automatically detects the number plate, you cannot stop the ongoing parking, as when you make a parking in the app yourself. Total pawn catch! Of course, you can't get through to customer service.

Yesterday my son borrowed our car and he bought a ticket. At the same time, I was told that the car had been scanned. I tried in vain to turn off the registration with me. In the past, I have been in the reverse situation, where I tried in vain at Skejby to turn on time registration. And if you sign in, it takes 14 days before you get an answer.

He does not go to pay by card. It keeps throwing an error. When I want to park, I'm usually in a hurry, and with this application there are always problems. Probably the worst parking app I've ever come across. And why should I choose every time whether the car is a passenger car or a truck. Once I chose it, I guess the next time I parked the car didn't turn into a truck?

The least user-friendly parking service in THE WORLD!! Oh my god, so cumbersome and awkward!! For God's sake, contact Microsoft and Google for tips on ease of use!!

The application is not very clear. It's hard to find a parking lot without the location turned on. And now an interesting fact: parking in front of the store is free for 2 hours, but if you forget something and return to the store, it is no longer possible to turn on free parking, regardless of whether you have been standing for 5 minutes or 1.5 hours before.
