Unreliable and malfunctioning app. As a resident, I am forced to use APCOA for parking, but the experience is very bad. The app crashes frequently, forcing me to pay twice: once with the subscription and another with alternative methods. Despite numerous complaints (telephone, in person and PEC), assistance is non-existent. The employees limit themselves to saying that it is "a problem of Mantua" without offering solutions. The app seems not to have been sufficiently tested. Avoid if possible.

They have activated my app, so I have now "parked" at an address for 59 hours, even though my car has been several kilometers away. I've called and written to them several times, but the only answer I get is "unfortunately we can't help with that"! I can't stop parking in the app myself. One of their employees admitted that it had happened several times before, and it can take up to 100 hours before they get the parking stopped. However, he couldn't answer if I have to pay!

Bad app -often messes with payments for me. Almost every day I have to press add new card to be able to start parking

Unfortunately almost unusable for system language Italian, because no texts are displayed there. Neither tap surfaces, nor buttons, nor descriptions. Although e.g. German or English are installed as languages, the app seems to ALWAYS use the set system language. For Italian, therefore, almost unusable.

in free parking can only be used once a day. If you use it at Lidl, you have to take a ticket at another store on the same day because the app tells you to pay
