Recently, My Rewards hardly ever update. I've missed out on alot of rewards over the past few weeks. I've made sure I have the up to date version of the app but still no joy.

After latest update rewards are not registering after scan

Rewards card scanned but not updating on app. Shop today and one in the middle of the week. Receipt shows that rewards card scanned, but app not showing this in cashpot bonus shops. Even used manual checkout today, and same thing has happened. Please make an option where the user can scan the receipt following the shop as well!

Was going great, but since its all been updated, and things have changed, the app isn't adding money spent. I wasn't given option for a receipt so can't even ring up. Twice now its happened. Yet it said on screen that rewards was accepted.

Pointless app when the shop force you to use self service so they dont have to pay staff to man tills no one nearby to help and then when you find a member of staff they tell you they can't add points afterwards if i wasnt in as much of a hurry i would have made the member of staff refund every item then went and bought them again

savings are useless compared to when it first launched, probably to get as many as possible downloading it. The onky time I get points is for random missions which are hard to do in small stores for a top up shop. It also needs a themed icon for android homescreens to match theme settings
